Always been sporty and got into CrossFit after University to supplement playing Rugby and to lose a lot of weight (was 22 stone).
Loves to see members progress in technique, strength and fitness, it’s the little victories that make him smile as they all add up 😊

Team, I’m Anna and I’m super-duper passionate about helping others to FEEL fabulous through their health and fitness.

I haven’t always been ‘into fitness’ if you like but found CrossFit when I was essentially looking for a little bit of something different socially – I heard it was good for that!

Well, since then it has changed my life above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. My whole life trajectory, social circle and mindset changed – now I coach CrossFit, work with cancer patients on improving their health and fitness and run my own nutrition coaching and personal training business day to day and am lucky enough to wake up every day FIRED UP to work with people that I love.

I have come and gone at a few gyms but have never strayed away from the people and environment that I love at Mercia – you know when you just feel like you fit into the fold? Like they’re your kind of people? That’s Mercia for me and I LOVE it! I hope everyone feels the same and doesn’t want to turf me out otherwise I’ll feel a little stupid…

Coming from a bodybuilding background I transitioned over to CrossFit to work on performance and seeing how far I can push myself and found a new passion and a whole new community that I love.

You’ll most likely find me stretching in a corner in the gym or drinking coffee. I always enjoy seeing members reach their goals and being apart of that journey.

Sucker for a good sweat session.

I'm a level 1 crossfit trainer, level 1 gym instructor working towards level 2, level 1 judo coach in the bja (british judo association) and bjc (british judo council).

A normal load Spaniard, that can be found sprinting throughout the burpees.

Part of the England Talent Development team in judo.

Got into crossfit to strenghten my judo.

Love to push people, to achieve their goals and motivate them.

I'm a semi retired crossfitter and national level indoor rower. I base my personal training business at Crossfit Mercia.

I focus on helping busy professionals become fitter, stronger and more confident. 

I'm passionate about all things fitness and love it when clients start believing in themselves and when they fall in love with their own fitness journey.
