If you want to learn how to move your body properly, then Gymnastics is the right choice for you! Deriving from Olympic Gymnastics we use a variety of movements to improve your core strength in order to move your body joints through their full range of motion.

If you are just starting, a session with a coach will put you right on track and help you understand the fundamentals of CrossFit. Or maybe you are looking to improve your technique to beat your PB? One on one training is an excellent choice both for beginners and advanced athletes to up their game.

Open Gym
Enjoy total freedom on our Open Gym only space. Use any equipment - ask for help from coaches if you want programming or come and do your own thing like: Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Cardio, Stretching and Mobility.
